Christian Stambouli has spent over 20 years leading projects in world-class international organizations in the sectors of chemical manufacturing, software development, energy, oil & gas, and pharmaceuticals.
His involvement ranged from hands-on engineering to multiple team leadership on numerous multi-million dollar initiatives in both business and cultural environments. He holds a Masters in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and has been on a path of learning, coaching, and teaching in the area of human potential and performance improvement within teams and organizations since 1998.
Mr. Stambouli’s track record of project success comes from a conviction that, more than ever, the human factor trumps methodologies and technology. A project he delivered received the Excellence Award in its category at the Abu-Dhabi International Petroleum Conference in 2013.
Mr. Stambouli is the author of "The Ukemi Way, Seven Key Practices for High Performance Project Management and Leadership in Turbulent Times", a foundational book for executive-level communication and interaction skills in tough and fast-changing environments.
