I study in sport acedemy in Holland for 2 years. also i do personal training in gyms. Making people stronger and giving them more knowledge. Very important to have a balanced diet. Without the diet it is very hard to loose weight. The diet should be very simple and easy.
So that you are not giving up because of the hard work. I motivate people also online, so that they will achieve their goal. Most of the time there people need motivation. If they don`t have that they will end up doing the bad stuff.
So that is pretty much me. I hope to motivate alot of people in their progress.
