I am a leadership Development Coach, Facilitator and Strategist with 10+ years of experience working in Business, Education and Culture.
I started my Leadership/ Learning career working in executive education. Entering this sector reignited my love of learning and offered an opportunity for me to work with industry-leading FT100 companies. Despite the fascinating clients and programmes, I wasn't content to just continue on the corporate road alone, I was interested in bringing this mindset-changing learning to different communities? I made a promise (to myself) to work with younger people as well as professionals, so they can learn early, what I learnt late.
One of my biggest barriers growing up was communication. I was able to overcome my communication barriers by changing my approach and attitude. This not only helped me grow my confidence but introduced me to a new world of opportunities.
I feel fortunate to be in the position to work with people to help them achieve their potential, from young people to management teams. I learn so much from those that I have worked with and believe in sharing the learning!
All this has helped me become an energetic and dynamic facilitator that believes in creating interactive and engaging learning environments for varied communities.
I decided to create this course to adjust to the changing times, although I miss facilitating workshops and interacting with people, I am excited to be able to help more people ultimately become more resilient.
