Caroline Bakker is a mindfulness teacher, author, and holistic health coach whose journey into health and wellness has been shaped by her own life experiences. Originally from the Netherlands, Caroline moved to Australia in 2009, where she began her career as a Health and Fitness Trainer and developed a deep passion for integrative medicine and mindfulness.
Her path took a transformative turn after becoming a mother at 33 and discovering at age 35 that she had been living with ADHD—a realization that came after years of feeling overwhelmed, battling adrenal fatigue, and struggling with emotional dysregulation. This late diagnosis, combined with her journey through PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder), inspired Caroline to seek alternative, holistic strategies to manage her symptoms, which she now shares with others.
Caroline's experiences led her to write a book that explores the challenges of ADHD and PMDD and provides practical, compassionate strategies for navigating life with these conditions. Drawing on her expertise as a meditation teacher and her own personal growth, Caroline offers a unique perspective that blends evidence-based practices with heartfelt insights.
Now residing in Dubai, UAE, Caroline continues her work helping women embrace their strengths and live with intention. Her programs and meditations are rooted in her commitment to empowering others to navigate the complexities of ADHD and PMDD with mindfulness, compassion, and resilience. Caroline’s ability to connect deeply with her audience stems from her own challenges and triumphs, making her a trusted guide for those seeking balance and healing.
