Professional Business Coach & Trainer

I have worked for 25 years as a Vocational Trainer in the Hospitality Industry, and later for a variety of Registered Training Organisations around Australia. I have a Masters Degree in Professional Education and Training from Deakin University and my Cert IV in Training & Assessing. In 2006 I became an ActionCOACH business coach and for 7 years coached dozens of small businesses to improve their productivity and profitability. In 2012 I was awarded an Actionman for great client results. I have always been more interested in developing the people who run the business - and in 2013 I started up my unique brand of Leadership Training through my new business Dynamic Conversations. I use actors and professional scripts to highlight the common dysfunctions in the workplace. These scripts highlight the behaviour and mindset that causes stress and lost productivity. Through our professional training videos we highlight what not to do, and then give clear models to follow to improve workplace relationships. In 2015 I won Government funding to scale the business.

I understand small business, i speak the same language, and I have a huge level of respect for the people who own them and work in them. It is my aim through my training, coaching and live performances to show Small Business Owners how to build a great team so they can enjoy a healthy life and grow their small business into a Big business.
