Yoga Teacher & Writer
I am a certified yoga teacher who has been practicing for over 10 years, learning and teaching around the world from Canada and the UK to Costa Rica and Colombia. My teaching philosophy is rooted in evidence-based techniques and philosophy that work in modern life to help students tap into tools for relaxation, calm, focus, and personal power. I am also an author writing about behavior, wellbeing, and psychology. My first book on anxiety and meditation is due to be published in September 2020 by Adams Media, a subsidiary of Simon and Schuster.
