Candy Chan (RYT-200) discovered Yoga 10 years ago as a way to improve flexibility and strengthen her body while she was recovering from running injuries. Yoga quickly became a passion and therapy from a stressful life.
As a yoga teacher, Candy uses Hatha Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, meditation, and pranayama to create powerful and balanced classes that inspire mind-body transformation.
She is a firm believer of the power of yoga to help heal the physical, mental, and energetic body so that people can live their best lives confidently.
