After 15 years of engaging with people around the world- I have learned to accept human differences as inevitable. We all have different positions and many of the same interests. Through educational training as classroom instruction, negotiation training as a certified mediator, and many years of counseling course- I have learned the benefit of problem-solving instead of wanting to get even.
