More than 15 years in technology, the last decade focused on AI. I have built dozens of products from scratch: a RAG system for mortgage professionals that cites the exact guideline section behind every answer, a commodity forecasting tool for farmers that explicitly admits when its confidence is low, multi-agent systems, real-time voice agents, and audience simulation platforms. A pattern runs through all of it. The systems worth trusting are the ones that show their work.

That is what I teach.

My courses come out of instruments I actually run. The live machine-traffic dashboard in my course is running on a grocery intelligence site I operate. The controlled experiments run against an ecommerce store I own. When something is observed, I say observed. When it is unknown, I say unknown, and I will always tell you which is which.
