Hi, my name is Cale and thank you for checking out my course!

A couple years ago I took the leap of faith of quitting my 9-5 job and moving to another country, Medellin Colombia. I had no real plans when I moved here but I knew I would make things work out. I had not even heard of the airbnb rental arbitrage business model prior and by some strange sort of fate I learned about it from my roommate at my apartment I had just moved into.

After he had told me about his airbnb business and how lucrative it sounded I leaped head first into learning everything there was about this business model and how to get started. Looking back now, I realize it took way longer than it should have (as I was not smart enough to purchase education to supercharge my growth) I am excited to share with you my mistakes and what I would have done differently so you can avoid the same painful and costly mistakes I made.

I'm currently still living in beautiful Medellin Colombia where I started and scaled my Airbnb business. I'm now looking keep expanding my airbnb business in Medellin as well as continue expanding in other cities with rapidly growing rental markets.
