Home Bodyweight Workout and Fitness
I am an avid believer in bodyweight workouts and home fitness which I have been doing for 15 years. I have been adapting my methods and routines to become more challenging in order to give me the maximum benefits physically and mentally. I have a background as a fitness trainer and a biologist so I bring a unique perspective to working and getting fit/ in shape at home. My passion is teaching others to get in shape and get motivated physically which inevitably spills over to other areas of their lives.
