About me
The teachings in my courses are well accepted by academic and leading-edge healthy lifestyle professions. Most of the strategies you will learn from me have been scientific studied and found (very) effective at preventing and reversing common mind-body health problems of major (ex. obesity, diabetes, cardiovascular problems, digestive problems, cancers, autoimmunity, accelerated aging, and others) and minor accord (ex. bad breath, digestive discomfort, fatigue, brain fog, weight gain, and more). Studies show that the average person is in great need of these skills! Many studies show that the rate and severity of Noncommunicable Diseases (dysfunctions of an unhealth mind or body - examples listed above) are rapidly growing in number and severity.
Having a good foundation in the health enhancement strategies I teach will prevent, and can reverse these diseases. Remember, aging makes you more susceptible to these diseases - its a scientific fact - so if your healthy lifestyle skills need improvement, especially if you have a family history of poor mind-body healthy as you age, these courses are a must to insure a healthy and happy life.
You might be thinking, "I can just learn all this online for free". Some website are articles are decent, but which ones can be hard to discern without a strong foundation in the science of these subjects. Also, consider that there are no free courses that will teach you in a progressive way so you get the most benefit as fast as possible. Many free online resources also do not teach a solid foundation of the science behind these techniques which greatly help you appreciate and follow through with using them.
I recommend you start with STEPs 1-8 because they are taught progressively. If you have a health challenge, going directly to the STEP that addresses it directly could give you an advantage before starting preceding STEPs.
