Bianca Cardenas, M.S., Ph.D., is the Vice President of Consulting Services and senior organization development consultant for OD & Change Leadership Group. Dr. Cardenas has prior experience in project/field/client management, strategic planning, organizational effectiveness consulting, and leadership coaching among for-profit and nonprofit organizations. She has expertise in positive psychology, organization behavior & development, and industrial-organizational psychology. Dr. Cardenas specializes in leading positive transformation among leadership, culture, emotional intelligence, and organizational well-being. Dr. Cardenas completed her Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology with a specialization in consulting. Her most recent research examined the relationship between authentic leadership and employee well-being. Dr. Cardenas is a thought leader that creates workshops, webinars, articles, and processes that address the relationship between emotional intelligence and various organizational constructs. She is currently working as the principal author and editor of a book surrounding authentic leadership and superior team performance.
