So how did I get involved with this all? Well, quite simply, I love healthy eating and fitness. I feel like the most important things in our lives is our body because if we cannot take care of ourselves, we cannot help others, rights?
For the past 10 years, I was focused on learning more and improving in health and fitness. Combine that with my engineering and economics background (Villanova University, 2013, B.S. in Chemical Engineering and B.A. in Economics), and you can see why I like diving into the scientific literature.
The good news is that this means you get to know the greatest and latest health and nutrition research without needing to go through the literature yourself!
