- 9+ years experience in Project Management (Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban frameworks)

- Strong understanding of the Project & Product Life Cycles

- Huge experience and knowledge in Project Management, as well as using and applying different tools and techniques to achieve business and strategic goals

- Able to manage multiple teams (internal and outsource), define Sprint’s activities from business point of view, to plan & estimate them (using “Poker Planning”, “3 Points Estimate”, “T-shirt size”), monitor and facilitate Retro and Daily Scrum meetings, and manage risks (identify risks, contingency reserve creation and response plan creation)

- Knowledge and Experience in Risk and Change Management

- Contribute actively to the PM process continuous improvement

- Facilitate communication across all levels of business as appropriate within all involved parties and manage stakeholders up to board level

- Experience in Agile Transformation

- Actively monitor/control all constraints and impact over the project

- Actively define and monitor activities on Critical Path

- Able to identify and deal with Project's constraints
