I have over 15 years of IT experience exclusively in the field of CRM. I started my career working in Siebel CRM and then in Salesforce CRM. There are two main reasons that drives me to do these trainings - one, my passion towards teaching and two, undoubtedly salesforce.

My interest towards teaching has taken many forms like doing corporate trainings, inhouse trainings, working as an external faculty etc. Apart from these, I also volunteer coaching for school students on various topics about computers and technology.

I always cherish my journey working in Salesforce CRM because I truly acknowledge and admire its potential and the flexibility it offers when compared to other CRMs. SFDC gets upgraded thrice a year which means there is no endpoint for Salesforce- you got to be upgraded to keep you on track.
