Anju Parvathy, an accomplished trainer, boasts extensive experience acquired through her tenure in diverse organizations, both within India and internationally. Armed with a Master of Business Administration degree, her skill set is exceptionally broad, encompassing areas such as administration, academics, course coordination, customer service, recruitment, project management, learning and development, research, and analysis. This wide-ranging expertise positions her as a versatile candidate well-suited for a multitude of roles.
Anju's professional journey includes serving as an Assistant Course Coordinator at the Indian Institute of Information and Technology in Kerala, India, where her contributions were highly valuable. She also played a pivotal role as a teaching assistant at Trivandrum International School in Kerala, India. Anju's commitment to community service extends to her voluntary work with the TIDE Foundation in Gujarat, India, where she actively participated in designing course materials. Furthermore, her dedication to social causes led her to engage in volunteer activities with NGOs in New Zealand. Additionally, Anju gained valuable experience through an HR internship with PHARMAC, New Zealand.
Presently, Anju holds the esteemed position of Executive Council Member at Svaastika, a non-governmental charitable organization headquartered in Trivandrum, Kerala, India, dedicated to the promotion of well-being within communities. In addition to her role at Svaastika, she also serves as a freelance consultant, course coordinator, and trainer at Atmasutar Institute of Career Development and Training, further showcasing her commitment to professional development and education.
