I have a Masters in Applied Clinical Nutrition, as well as a post graduate certification in functional medicine (nutrition). I am also a Certified Medical Ketogenic Practitioner, and a Certified Wahls Protocol Health Practitioner. I am a member of the Royal Society of Medicine and the National Board of Modern Psychotherapy.
For many years I taught nutrition in a tertiary institute as well as having private clients. I am a very strong believer in Hippocrates' "let food be thy medicine". But it should be nutritious, healthy, and tasty.
My most important qualification is I love food, cooking, and being active.
