Ann Masai has been an adjunct faculty at St. Mary’s College for 3 years. Previously she was a faculty at Bainbridge Graduate Institute for 5 years teaching Leadership and Personal Development as well as Social Justice and Business. She received her Ph.D. from The California Institute of Integral Studies in 2001 in Learning and Change in Human Systems.
She was also an adjunct faculty member in the Social Transformation Concentration of Saybrook Graduate School and Research Center in San Francisco, where she taught Action Research and Socially Engaged Spirituality. In 2006, she received a certificate in Generating Transformation Change in Human Systems from The Leadership Institute Of Seattle. In addition she is an Interfaith Minister ordained at The Cathedral of St. John the Divine in NYC.
With her multi-racial background, Ann Masai seeks to identify and eradicate the effects of internalized racism, oppression, and sexism, both locally and globally. It is masai’s joy and vision to create conscious leadership and business practices that promote social equity, build resilient communities, and build capacity for businesses leaders to care for the earth and its human community.
