Hello! I'm Anja, the CEO of MONDAY PEOPLE. Over the past 20 years, I've been deep into the recruitment game, from London all the way to New York. I've had the chance to work with top names like Apple Inc., Casumo Ltd. Gopuff  and Dr. Barbara Sturm/Molecular Cosmetics.

Even as a child, I was always curious about understanding people. This passion brought me into the world of human resources. Over time, it became a journey of continuous learning, understanding people, processes, and how they can align has been a constant focus. This is the experience I sought to recreate when I founded Monday People.

I am now here to share my learnings.

We as Monday People have more than 20 years of experience in recruiting, both nationally and internationally. It is important for us to act according to the slogan - ThinkGlobal, Act Local .

As a diverse, cross-generational team we want to offer a sector-independent, holistic and - above all -authentic personnel consulting and training. We are primarily focused on Human- Centred Recruiting Design, which enables us to find individual solutions for companies and employees.

With our special approach and many years of experience, we can analyse companies and their needs, hence offering advice and support in various areas. In doing so, we can support with recruiting, employer branding, trainings as well as workshops, and thereby help to achieve sustainable and holistic success.
