About me
Ms. George became a full-time caregiver in 2005 when her mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's/Dementia. In caring for her mother she became her advocate for healthcare matters and business affairs. Ms. George has a B.S. Industrial Organizational Psychology and Masters of Business Administration (MBA). Her knowledge and skills in academia and real life matters gave her the abiliy to care for her mother through this tragic time.
Also, Ms. George was a part-time caregiver for her aunt who was a paraplegic. In addition, she cared for her father who suffered from many illnesses including heart disease which killed him. Ms. George was an advocate for her aunt and father and handled business affairs for them which included, wills &trust, Power Of Attorney (P.O.A), amongst other financial matters.
Ms. George's expertise in the area of caregiving is vast. She has counseled many families in caregiving and helped them create plans to care for their loved one. It is an honor and pleasure for Ms. George to serve in this capacity. Ms. George is excited to share her knowledge with others and create a platform for others to ask questions and get information.
Ms. George is a native of California and has resided in Pennsylvania. She currently lives in New Jersey and cares for her mother on full-time basis. Her passion is to help other caregivers find resources along this journey. Ms. George displays compassion and care in everything she does and looks forward to serving learners in that capcity.
