Throughout my life I have coached, mentored and developed many individuals up to executive/director level. To date I have also made millionaires of two business partners and I have generated revenues worth several hundred million for corporations such as Vodafone and Panasonic.

1991 - 1996 Abbott Inc - Launched Clarithromycin regarded as the most successful UK antibiotic launch of all time.

1996 - 1997 Sensormatic Inc - reversed the loss making trend of a £47m t/o division and returned it to growth in the first full quarter of employment.

1997 - 2003 Founded and launched MaxTag (UK) Limited at the age of 29. Market leader after five years of trading, with turnover of £3m and funds in excess of £600k in the bank.

1999 Fellow member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants - qualified and admitted as a Fellow in the same year.

2003 - Date Founder and owner of AMB Associates Limited

2003 Associate member of the Institute of Directors (IoD)

2005 - 2010 Panasonic Avionics Corporation managing a global team with budget responsibility >$1m.

2011 - 2015 Vodafone Group Plc part of the team that acquired Cable of Wireless Worldwide for £1.04BN and his leadership returned a £700M sales division of the business back to growth by adding a 5.3% increase to revenue within one year. 

2015 - date AMB Associates Limited - Business Transformation Strategist

2016 - Co-author of the book 50 Ways To Increase Your Sales Today which became an #1 Amazon bestseller in the United Kingdom, the United States, Canada, Germany and Australia.

2005 Qualified Personal Fitness Trainer

2006 Diploma in Sports Psychology

2007 Qualified Practitioner in N.L.P. (Neuro-Linguistic Programming)

2008 - Date Launched and own a domestic and international property investment business & started as a currency trader.

2011 - 2015 Vodafone Global Enterprise (VGE) - acquired Cable & Wireless Worldwide in 2012 for £1.044bn, integrated 2/3's of this business into VGE. Responsible for 1,100 customers, 550 employees and revenue of £700m - returned this business to growth in 12 months. Head of Finance for Project Spring producing the 10-year business case and 24-month budget and implementation plans for Vodafone's fixed expansion into Asia and Africa and its expansion of its fixed and mobile footprint into the US market.

2015 - Date Launched a personal development business
