+30 years of hiring, on-boarding, developing and leading professionals of different cultures working abroad for 23 years in Germany, Turkey and other countries helped me to understand the common points of success, needs and strives of people of all walks of life. 

History of experiences

I worked most recently on the development of an international Human Resources Management Company and expanding the team by on-boarding senior consultants, trainers, assessors and coaches and I am working on assignments where I serve leading global organizations in recruiting Executives in Austria, Germany and Turkey, the Middle East…

I involved personally in more than 550 placements and develop many through leading-, training- or coaching them. 

I invested more than two decades working internationally for the manufacturing industry and the consumer good sector.

Prior to my entrepreneurial activities, I worked as a professional manager with large corporations and SME's. My start in Vienna was with a leading Haute Couture House in Vienna Austria. I later held regional and general management positions, where I restructured international organizations.

In my private time I love to engaged in a public speaking club and built new clubs in Turkey and Austria and serve as a treasurer, secretary and president for the clubs. I am an active serving member in an international service organization. The purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian service and to advice goodwill and peace in the world.

German is my mother tongue and I also speak English and conversational Turkish.
