As many others have done before me, my career started right out of high school. My first job was a customer service representative for Personal Creations. I advanced my career by attending college full-time either online or in evening classes while I worked a full-time job. My skills improved and strengthened as I moved into different positions of customer support / assistant office/human resource manager to customer service manager. I have years of experience in customer service and being in a leadership role. I view myself more of leader than a manager.
