My approach to wellness and weight loss is making small changes that create long-term results. What most don’t know is that it’s not about giving up whole food groups and feeling deprived. It’s about learning WHEN to eat over WHAT to eat.
It’s about learning how to eat all of the foods that we love including carbs, fats, dairy, and sugar, and learning how to eat for lifelong health and wellness. It is about improving your health and decreasing your chances of a number of unwanted health risks that people who hold onto even a small amount of unwanted weight are susceptible to like heart disease, type 2 diabetes, and many types of cancer.
Wellness is also about managing stress. Life will never be without stress, but everyone needs a toolbox for tackling it and creating a life of ease.
I have been on this journey myself and found great freedom and personal wellness by incorporating small habit changes and stress reduction techniques. This is why I want to share it with you.
