With the experience of training clients since 2007 and working as a full time trainer in fitness companies. Started to write fitness articles since last year. Also, working with clients in their facilities and studios.
With my clients I work on different phases and aspects of fitness including Neuromuscular Adaptation, Lean Muscle Mass Hypertrophy, Muscular Endurance, Fat Burning, Strength Training and Power Training for improving the performance, depending on their goals. Also, the researches on nutrition and its effects on performance and training gives a much broader view on the general topic of training including Weight Loss and Fat Loss.
The importance of the details and the approaches towards fitness goals, and also getting the practical knowledge, as well as presenting the comprehensive information that can be applied to get the results, and teaching the proper technique of the exercises will be the main objective of the courses.
