Alfred Surenyan is a composer, ethnomusicologist and educator. He holds a Doctor of Musical Arts degree from Claremont Graduate University and has been teaching music for 15 years.
Dr. Surenyan has taught both in the classroom and privately in various topics including music theory, music history, music technology and piano. He currently is teaching at the Art Institute of CA- Inland Empire and continues to have private students in piano, music theory and music technology.
Dr. Surenyan works as a professional composer and currently has several projects and commissions for chamber music, and electronic music with both Logic Pro and the Theremin.
