First and foremost, I am passionate about personal development. I am a psychologist, with a specialization in Social and Organisational Psychology and a Master’s degree in Human Resources. I have a 20-year career in training. I am a certified coach by the ICF since 2017. As a coach, I focus on accompanying my client on goal setting, strengths, and weaknesses analysis, exploring their value system and projecting into the future: vision and personal project and developing tools for success and lasting change.
