My goal is to help everyone lower their handicaps and have more fun on the golf course.  When I first started golf three years ago, I could barely hit the ball and shot 120 and above.  Now, I have shot in the high 70s and have fundamentally changed my approach to fitness to produce a body suited to golf.  I am not a natural athlete who can pick up sports easily, so I attribute my rapid golf improvement to my fitness routine, my swing coach, and lots of hard work.
