I am the founder of the Strategic Center for Peace and Leadership, a nonprofit organization dedicated to research and training in conflict resolution and leadership development and the founder of Leadership Center for Strategic Change. With extensive experience in leadership, international security and peacekeeping, I have served with Homeland Security and Emergency Management, global and continental organizations, (African Union) and several international peacekeeping training institutions across Africa.
With over a decade of teaching experience, I have held academic positions at multiple universities, including the University of Buea as a Senior Instructor and the Institute for Peace and Security Studies as a Senior Researcher. My academic background is deeply rooted in international relations, security, and leadership, holding multiple advanced degrees, including:

I have published forty books both creative and non-fictional in diverse areas including leadership, human rights, rule of law and climate change.
Since accepting Christ as my Savior in 1998, I have dedicated my career to governance, peacebuilding, and social transformation across Africa and globally.
Through my courses, I aim to share practical insights and in-depth knowledge on leadership, spiritual formation, research, international security, and human rights, empowering learners to become effective leaders in global peace and security.
