Adam Levon Brown is an American Poet and Poet-researcher from the Pacific Northwest, based in Eugene, Oregon, whose work focuses on mental illness, trauma, addiction, and recovery. He has taught over 23,000 students worldwide and has garnered over 27,000 student enrollments. His works have been published in hundreds of literary journals and magazines around the world, including Rust & Moth, Asylum: The Radical Mental Health Magazine, Bodega Magazine, BlazeVox, and The Good Men Project.

He is the originator of the Qualitative research paradigm, "Vulnerability Variable Poetic Inquiry." He is the author of numerous poetry books and chapbooks—among them Break: Poems on Mental Illness, Musings of a Madman, Loco"motion of Life, Angelic Hymns of a Life Once Burdened, Klonopin Meets Sisyphus, and Death is Not Our Holy Word—which appear across independent publishing houses such as Cyberwit, Poetic Justice Books & Arts, and Alien Buddha Press.
