The Journey:
Since 2018, Abram has dedicated himself to the daily practice of Qigong. It's been an incredible odyssey of self-discovery, not only in terms of physical well-being but also in reshaping perspectives and connections to the world.
In 2019, Abram embarked on an intensive 3-year Qigong training program. His primary focus was to become a Qigong teacher, sharing this ancient wisdom with others. During this transformative period, he delved deep into Daoist and Buddhist Qigong traditions, gaining profound insights. Abram's journey also led him to become a certified body-mind stress release trainer, further enriching his understanding of holistic well-being.
The Vision - InRoot:
After completing his studies, Abram founded InRoot, inspired by the resilience of nature, particularly the mighty taxus tree. He firmly believes that individuals possess the innate ability to positively change their lives. "InRoot" takes its name from the phrase "to enroot," symbolizing deep inner growth and transformation.
The Philosophy:
Abram firmly believes in the profound strength of gentleness. Through his Qigong practice and the insights from Daoist and Buddhist philosophies, he's discovered that nurturing oneself with kindness and compassion can lead to a unique approach to personal change—one that goes beyond sheer willpower.
