I have spent more than 30 years working in the aviation industry gaining extensive experience in airport management, aviation business development, and strategic infrastructure planning.

During my career, I have managed regional airports, where I dealt directly with the operational, financial, and strategic challenges that regional aviation faces today. This hands-on experience allows me to provide practical insights into how airports operate, develop, and adapt to changing market conditions.

In addition to airport management, I have led and participated in multiple aviation companies and international aviation projects, where I gained significant expertise in strategic planning, airport infrastructure development, and aviation policy. My professional work has involved cooperation with industry stakeholders, government institutions, and international aviation organizations.

Recently, as a civil servant, I have led the development of a national aviation policy plan.

My academic background complements my practical experience. I hold master’s degrees in Business Administration and Law, and I earned a Doctorate researching the public and private goods generated by the aviation industry, focusing on the broader economic and societal value created by aviation infrastructure.
