Founded in 2014 by Kathy Nguyen, a seasoned human resources leader, dedicated instructor, and career coach with over a decade of experience in the field.

Kathy holds a Master's degree from Pennsylvania State University, complemented by an Advanced Strategic Human Resources Management Certificate from Cornell University Graduate School. She is also a Certified HR instructor with the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and The Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM).

In her dynamic career, Kathy has worked with Global Fortune 500 and national companies across various industries including retail, manufacturing, technology, financial services, and entertainment.

As an educator, Kathy has been a dedicated instructor at PHR Learning Academy and Udemy for several years, guiding students to achieve their Human Resources certifications and career success. She is also a faculty member at San Francisco State University for The Human Resource Management (HRM) Program.
