Jen has a special talent for helping men and women of all ages and in all conditions of health heal themselves with yoga.

Jen takes things at a gentle, manageable pace and gives clear instructions. She is used to working with students with health problems or those who haven’t been near a gym in a long time. Believe it or not, Jen is in her fifties and due to the power of transformative yoga, she feels better now than ever before.
