Hila Aran helps people live longer and healthier lives. She holds a masters degree (M.Sc) in Nutrition health and behavior and is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) in both the United States and Israel.
Hila specializes in behavioral, emotional and mindful eating and believes that true and long lasting eating habits are best accomplished through a “non-diet” approach. She has vast experience in the fields of behavior and nutrition and is passionate about nutrition education, creative and healthy cooking and sharing her knowledge, which is the inspiration for her courses. Hila's second full time job is being a mother, which lead her to create and share content related to nutritional challenges young mothers face.
