Christopher Paul Elliott

Servant Leadership Instructor

Chris Elliott was born in rural Wisconsin and grew up baling hay in the summers and shoveling a lot of snow in the winters. His three older brothers and older sister all taught him how important family is in all its variations, and he now passes those lessons onto his five children. A broken family with an alcoholic father also taught him many dysfunctions including how to hide his true self from others.

Christopher Paul Elliott has 20 years of experience leading organizational and individual change. He has lead technological, structural, and process change for companies with budgets ranging from $32,000 to $42 Million. He has lead change through a primary aspect of Servant Leadership he calls Authenticism. We have to be real as individuals to lead change in an organization and in ourselves. His new book ThoughtShredder: Bringing out the Bucker in You is a personal development process to help individuals break down values and beliefs from childhood experiences to get to the root cause of what is holding them back. Based on a combination of Neuroplasticity research and his own experiences with a troubled childhood, Chris walks his audiences through stories and actions to help you identify your Authentic You. Whether in your personal, professional or spiritual life, if you've been hiding yourself, it's time to become authentic.

His journey these past 20 years has helped him uncover his true passion of positively impacting millions, in part, by helping them become authentic and discovering the great person inside each of them. The most important lesson we must learn in order to become authentic is forgiveness. It took 10 years to write his first book, ThoughtShredder, but pure joy was found in the process. His future books include ThoughtShredder for the Christian Soul, Goal #6 and Free Will.
