Dr. Susan Pomeranz, Author / Marriage Family Therapist / Public Speaker

Dr. Susan Pomeranz, author, humorist and seminar leader, was a Marriage and Family Therapist in Los Angeles for over 25 years (where you can imagine business was quite good).

She has lectured throughout the United States and presently delivers Continuing Educations as well as Wellness Seminars to health care providers, corporations, teachers, businesses, pastoral counselors, emergency and disaster relief workers, psychologists and social workers.

She fuses ancient practices such as Tai Chi and Qi Gong with the latest research and technologies of our time in order to reduce stress and promote radiant body/ mind vitality and health.

She has studied with world-renown teachers of Tai Chi and Qigong, Dr. Roger Jahnke, the Director and Founder of the Institute of Integral Qigong and Tai Chi, in Santa Barbara, California, and Dr. Keith Jeffery, who has developed a modern approach to this classical art by synthesizing the Yang and Chen Style Tai Chi with basic Qigong exercises.

Susan was also a private student of Sufi Master, Leo Mahsoud for seven years in San Francisco, where she studied Yoga, meditative dance, and nutrition.

She holds a Ph.D. in Parapsychic Science, a Master Degree in Clinical Psychology, a Bachelor Degree in Psychology and Art and is a Certified Tai Chi Teacher.

Susan is the author of, “Open Your Heart and Say AHHH”; Stories and Observations From a Frizzy Haired Therapist. The book is designed to foster humor, compassion and contribution and to lift the reader to a new place of thinking and of being.
