English In peace meditation My name is Daniela and I'm honoured to guide you through this meditation. Through this meditation you will experience a state of a very deep relaxation Make sure you're in a quiet place. For this session please sit on a come to the chair. Your arms should rest comfortably. Your feet should be side by side connected to the floor and slowly very slowly close your eyes take a deep breath. In and Out. Notice how you feel right now notice your thoughts notice your body and if you feel like you need to change your seating position then do it now. Be comfortable. Breathe in and out. Feel a light tiredness coming over you. Now I count you down from 10 to 1 and know that by 1 you will be in the space of your heart You can imagine yourself going down some steps deeper and deeper into your heart 9.8 7 6 5 4 3 2 and 1 and now Allow yourself to remember a time when you have been very relaxed and at peace allow yourself to remember what it feels like to be at peace and breathe in through your nose and out through your nose simply follow your own breathing rhythm And with each breath you allow yourself to expand the feeling of peace around you. As far as you're like and breathe breathe feel the energy around. This is your own energy, feel it and breathe in and out. Be aware of how light your body feels. now accepting that with each breath you take you'll feel more and more at peace. very good now come to the end of this meditation to bring that peace with you and into your daily life. Bring your awareness to your body now. Feel your body on your seat. Start to move your feet and hands stretch your legs and arms. Stretch your neck move your body. Open your eyes and be in the here and now.
