English [Auto] The next topic that we are going to discuss about is the sandboxes and the various type of sandbox environments, pretty much a of this information be very cold out during the initial sessions. But just want to give a quick recap. Sciences that are very widely to type of environments, that is a production environment. And the other is the test environments are you can call it the developer environment or you can also say the sandbox environments. They mean the same production environment has got active users accessing the business of critical information. And how would you access to a production environment? You can use log into accessible sakwa and user credentials in that is a sandbox environment, sandbox environment, the use strictly for a development and testing. And it just contains only the test data to help build with the other development and testing. And you can use it gets dark samples, dotcom and use your sandbox credentials. Sometimes you do have a tradition, but that is more off on your personal use and for developing some people. But majority, we only use sandboxes for development and testing and a particular organization can have only one production environment, no doubt about that. That can be only one real time environment which uses access with real time data and that can be multiple sandbox environments depending on their requirements. One sandbox to sandbox five, 10, 15, 20. The number of sand boxes actually depends on the business. And these sandboxes fall into one of these categories. When we say there are some 10 boxes, say, for example, these 10 sandboxes can be one among these category, it can be a full sandbox. It can be partially copy sandbox. It can be a developer sandbox, it can be developer sandbox. It can fall into any one of the stip. And Phyllis comes to develop a sandbox. This is faith and this copies the customization, that is the metadata and the difference between the developer sandbox and the developer pro sandbox. And they are pretty much the same other than the data storage limits. It is only two hundred and mydata maximum and this is one G.V. data maximum and the partial copy sandbox. It copies the metadata. Yes. Along with that, it also has a sample of your production organization's data and the data storage capacities figure and the full sandbox. That is the exact replica of what you have in your production, be the metadata, be the data. It is a kind of exact copy of what is there in the production, and that's why it's called Facebook. And definitely as data put by the prices, the developer sandbox is the lowest and the full sandbox is the highest. So all the sandbox is in your arm will fly into one of these four environment types and it is totally up to the business, up to their requirements, up to their development and testing to determine how many sandboxes they need for what purpose and who basically uses those boxes. And how do we basically lock into these sandboxes in production. We know this is just an example. John Smith, which is a company that belongs to a domain who can say dotcom. And in the staging it'll be like the use name DOT Staging and Akua. It would be appended that document and in sandbox, it would be appended with that, then engender the user name would be the same as it is in trust, except that it would be appended with the sandbox name and as an admin even developer, if there is no defined admin in the project. This is definitely one of the initial tasks that you got to do when you design a new project. You got to have an understanding of the various sandboxes in Iraq and why it is being used for most of the development. We do not have any concept of sandboxes, so pretty much will not be able to see anything. Well, here like Sandbox, it does nothing. But an ideal in a real time environment means in real time production environment. If you go and search for sandboxes, you'll be able to see that option under data management. So instead, what let me do is let me show you a screenshot of that so that you can visualize it better. This is a screenshot from one of the production environments, just to help people understand the concept better as it is, live data and information is very critical and overwritten all the information with just some sample data. So you your life production environment, when you go search for data management or sandboxes, you'll be able to see an option under data management sandboxes go for it. And that will list on all the sandboxes that are associated in Iraq. And as you can see here, this gives the overall information out of the floor environment type sandbox environment types that we have. You know, there are 16 that belongs to developer sandbox and that are zero for developer pro and zero for partial copy. And that is one full sandbox that is available. And pretty much everything is the news and they do not have any external ones. And under that you can see three tabs, one a sandbox, the other is a sandbox template and the other is a sandbox history. Then you go to the sandbox, so step it gives you information of the various sandboxes. Then they are basically lost or refreshed, say, for example, this def sandbox and it is of the type developer and the state is competing and the location. I've just given some random numbers like CSI 10, 20, 30 and what is the art? And even like I've picked up some information for this and complete it on. So the last to refresh that happened in depth is this particular date and what is a description and this is pretty much a given at the time of creation. When you create a sandbox, you know, you just give a description saying, like, what is the purpose of that sandbox and who will be primarily accessing that sandbox? So as an admin, if a question comes to you asking, like when the previous refresh, when the last to refresh for a particular environment was done, you can pretty much go to this information goes and boxes and boxes are even the sandbox history and check like when the last refresh happen for that particular sandbox have just given some sample data that are only like five records out here. But then, as it say, 16, ideally, like a list of all the 16 sandboxes that they had in Iraq. And the next step, the sandbox template sandbox templates are basically used for partial copy sandboxes and full copies and boxes then and then you do a refresh. You can use these templates to decide on which object data you want to copy and which portion of data that you basically want to copy. However, it is not mandatory. It is optional that you can have sandbox templates. The third tab out here is the sandbox history, science and books history. Once you click on that, you can access the whole history of a refresh for the various sandboxes in Iraq, which sandbox as requested. And it was requested by each person and it was activated by each person. And then that approach basically happened. And then it finished and then it was activated. The entire history of information you can access in the depth sandbox history. So pretty much of this information is sufficient for you to understand the various inboxes of what sandbox environment types they belong to and in which frequency the refresh happens in those sandboxes. So this is all about sandboxes and the various sandbox environment types. And in the next section we'll be understanding like how do we build a sandbox refresh? At what intervals can we do? Repeated a refresh for a particular sandbox and all those information.
