And we're also going to use lots of saving options and shortcuts hopefully to make it easier to retrieve documents that you need. You might be used to saving and saving as. But there are a number of different tools to make life easier for you and hopefully more organized as well. We're going to take a look at some of the features of Windows Explorer with him word. So managing the documents on your computer we can look at various save as features and creating folders and folders folder structures to organize your work. We'll make sure we can save documents to these folders and different ways of closing the file and retrieving those documents afterwards as well. So to summarize this is all about file management and the best ways to organize and manage files and folders.
