If you try to write an email that fits every member of your list perfectly you are going to have a hard time. Instead picture yourself writing to your perfect client and go from there. Don't be afraid of the technical part. Auto responders are relatively easy to set up. If you have trouble simply get in touch with your email service provider and ask for assistance.
