After three days after seven days from the subscription and these emails will be sent to all of them without doing a single thing they work for you whether you are eating sleeping or playing with your puppy. They never get tired and they never give up. Sounds good right. In this course I will show you how to set up an auto responder and also what to write to your subscribers which day and what to do if they buy the offer and what to do if they don't. And the best thing is it's all automated. You just have to set up once what out responders do for you manage your entire opt in and opt out process. New subscribers will be added automatically to a list and receive a welcome message from you when they opt in and they can be removed from your list in seconds if they want to unsubscribe. Could be a Vacca message with a download link or lead magnet. We will cover the lead magnet in the next video. A welcome message is delivered automatically when someone signs up for your list. It most likely will come so people send the lead magnate's thing or explains what to expect from the email newsletter. You are missing a huge opportunity if you stop at the Valka message though there are many reasons creating a longer series of autoresponder messages is a smart move. What as you can use your auto responder send an offer to your next leader magnet or paid product trip wire or call Prather's. Even an upset offer. We will cover these later. They can automatically opt to Ian and engagement's series if they didn't go on the offer. Or you can use it for a content series for your subscribers. When used correctly auto responders can add serious momentum to your business but when you sit down to actually write your own or responder series you may feel stuck or confused. If you've already started building your email list many of you probably already have at least one out responder in place and that's a backup message. Sonja Seimone email marketing gurus share some tips what to avoid avoid stop at the work on message. Many people write come message only and never continue. They are the responder series. You will stand out from your competitors by sending at least three to five messages in your email series. Avoid send them with deeper autoresponder messages in one day. You only need one message a day at the most to make a big impression. So unless you have a really good reason. Don't Parmar your subscribers in multiple auto responder messages in a single day. Don't overshare. Yes you should add your personality to your messages but don't use your email series as a therapy session or a chance to unload on your subscribers. Oversharing doesn't build a relationship it just scares people away. Don't clutter your responder messages with other emails from you. Set up your series so people don't get your news letter or contact notification on the same day as your auto responder emails. Don't stress about people who unsubscribe. People who opt out of your autoresponder series aren't a good fit for you and your business. Don't worry if people drop off your list don't oversell. In every email it's fine to ask some relevant or first three or series but if you turn every note into a big sales pitch you are not going to earn the trust of your subscribers. We will cover what to write to them and how frequently later. Don't try to please everyone. If you try to write an email that fits every member of your list perfectly you are going to have a hard time. Instead picture yourself writing to your perfect client and go from there. Don't be afraid of the technical part. Auto responders are relatively easy to set up. If you have trouble simply get in touch with your email service provider and ask for assistance.
