Section 1: Introduction

Section 2: Waking Up

Rather than think these questions, feel them.

Then write out the answers to each of these questions.

What in your life is uncomfortable?

What's not satisfying?

What in your life is inviting you to wake up to your intuition?

What in your life doesn't feel grounded or secure?

How are your relationships?

How powerful do you feel in your life? Not power over others, just in your power.

Do you feel respected?

Do you feel like you have good boundaries?

Is your heart open, or protected, guarded, aloof?

Notice the front and back of your heart. Are you open or closed?

Do you feel comfortable expressing your authentic self, or your needs?

Do you silence yourself?

Do you have the habit of not expressing?

Do you fill your mind with your own hopes and dreams, or is your mind filled with negativity, drama, and fear?

Can you imagine that good things are possible for you?

Do you allow access to your divine spirit?

How tuned in are you to yourself?

What do you envision for yourself?

How do you FEEL?

What feelings are you not paying attention to?

What is my higher self trying to communicate with me now?

It begins with paying attention.

It begins with noticing and being honest.

Give voice to these things.

Let's take a look at your exterior world.

Where are you uncomfortable? That's where want to place your intuition —into those circumstances that are causing you trouble. That's where your inner self wants you to grow.

Take a breath and close your eyes. Feel the energy of your life and where you'd like to improve it. Intuition is not thinking. It's feeling energy.

Start naming what you'd want to improve.

Begin to ask yourself what you're ignoring. What are you tuning out?

Write those answers down.

What have you put up with way too long? What isn't jiving with your inner self?

Welcome what you get.

Start saying it out loud. Feel what it feels like to give voice to these feelings that you may have been ignoring.

Imagine it's your higher self communicating with you. You'll begin to get more clarity.

Be clear without being dramatic. What's so is . . .

Practice vocalizing and feeling how the energy affects you.

Let's prioritize around your intuition.

Do you feel like you don't have time to tune in? Or to make room in your life for your intuition?

Once you decide it's important, it doesn't really take a lot of time.

Ignoring your intuition actually wastes time. You ending up doing things that don't work out, or repeating the same mistakes, or falling in the same rut, or disappointing experiences.

The goal is to create a habit of listening to your own inner voice.

Here's a tool that will help you create more time and space.

Notice all the things going on in your life that are tugging and pulling on you.

Okay now I want you to put your tongue on the roof of your mouth. That will quiet the frontal lobe of your brain.

Then purse your lips land pretend like you're blowing out a birthday candle. Exhale all the air out. Pushing it all the way out as though you're releasing all of that energy you've been holding to.

Then breathe in through your nose and you'll see that the energy fills up lungs up so you actually allow yourself to have more oxygen, more energy. Give yourself room to breathe. And then then let out a sigh. Drop your energy clear into your belly and then in your heart.

This creates a space for you to tune in. It's a quieter frequency than your emotional mind.

Practice this every time you feel overwhelmed and you need to get in touch with your intuition to guide you.

Once you've created this room to breathe, then you can begin to identify exactly where and what you need guidance on.

Then breathe and ask your higher self to give you its impression.

Put your hand on your heart. Out loud say, "My higher self says this is about …." and fill in the blank.

Keep repeating that over and over again for two or three minutes - just filling in the blank. Then listen to the sound of your own voice and how it effects your body.

When you're hearing truth in your body, everything opens up. It's a very distinct feeling. The mind, or false guidance makes you feel contracted in your body. Intuition gives you space.

Summary:

Section 3: Digging Deep

Say What You Feel

Start committing to honoring your intuition.

What is your response to guidance?

Do you pay attention or push it away?

Do you have a delayed reaction?

There's a lot of opportunity to noticing in the moment to what your intuition is sharing with you. Intuition is moment to moment to moment guidance. Like a GPS system.

The first way to become more responsive to your intuition is to give it voice when you get it. My guidance says . . .

Notice how your inner self is feeling and then give it voice. Your intuition becomes powerful when you give it a voice. Give importance to every gut feeling. Everything you pick up has legitimacy. You don't necessarily have to do anything, but acknowledge it as something legitimate. Take intuition out of the weird to something that's important. Put importance on these subtle frequencies that are trying to get your attention.

How do you feel? What is your intuition trying to convey to you right now that perhaps you've haven't acknowledged? Say it out loud. Watch how your energy starts to open up.

Your intuition guides you to what's true and everything gets better.

Journal the difference and notice what happens in your body.

Clear the Decks

Intuition is like noticing stars. Once you do, soon you notice more and more, and then there's the whole Milky Way.

What's in the way to notice our inner voice.

This lesson is about letting go and deciding to value your inner truth.

Thinking occupies a lot. So use the room to breathe technique to clear your mind.

Look at how you spend your time.

Let go of, and say no to things that bring you no value.

How available are you to drama?

Be disciplined, which means to learn and be present.

Your time is your treasure.

Clear away the junk your life.

Living in chaos will set you up for failure.

Clear the decks. Let go of the unnecessary.

Give yourself the time and energy and the mental freedom that quiet and clarity and lack of distraction provide. Even little pockets will make a huge difference.

Let go of distraction so you can be available to tune in.

Peeling The Onion - A powerful tool for digging deep.

Bring your attention to the big challenge of your life.

Notice how this disruption is affecting you.

A connected breath is where you breathe in and out without pausing. Like how a baby breathes. It's not a labored breath. It's a gentle breath and do not pause between the inhale and exhale.

Bring to mind the situation and name it out loud.

Then do the connected breath like five times.

Then like peeling an onion, say out loud what you're feeling underneath that first feeling. Then go back to that connected baby breath.

Then peel the onion again and see what's underneath the next layer.

Don't react . . . just notice it.

When there's no more underneath to go, then at that place where you have real awareness of the core of the issue, ask your higher self for a solution. Ask what is my guidance? And then say what comes up.

Jung said, "Until the diagnosis is correct, the healing can not begin." This technique is to get to the correct diagnosis. What is really at the foundation of this challenge? Once you use your connected breath, your higher self will come in.

The definition of success is do the next thing. So your guidance will give you the next thing. Intuition is moment to moment. You're changing course and getting to a new vibration.

This tool is so effective and know you will get accurate guidance.

Section 4: Taking the Leap

Let your intuition guide you. It's not enough to just tune into your intuition. Until you take the leap and go with it, nothing changes.

What does it mean to take the leap?

You're actually leaping into yourself.

It's like looking in a dark room with a flashlight, when you can instead turn on the light, which is like using your intuition.

Be more spontaneous. Allow yourself to flow with less hesitation

Sing.

Dance.

Do yoga.

Do stretches.

Color with the other hand.

Give your spirit space.

Play an instrument. You don't need to be "good" at these things.

Journal. Even write with your less dominant hand.

Intuition is being in a place of moving with fluidity.

Use little practices like when you're in a restaurant, feel into what you want.

You want to practice making decisions with your heart and gut.

Don't ask others for their input, ask yourself - and let that decision come from the heart of you.

Say yes.

The tool that will change your life is to say yes.

Practice saying yes to your intuition. Start in little ways.

For example if you get an impulse to call someone, then call them.

Stringing those little yeses, become the huge leap you're looking for. When you say yes to your intuition you suspend thinking. You begin to hav ethe experience of what it feels like to flow from your authentic self. So say yes to yourself and how life comes and meets you at that place.

Say yes to the energy coming to you that wants to help. If someone says can I help you, say yes.

Trust your self. Trust your spirit.

When you say yes, notice what happens. Write it down in your journal.

Sometimes you get immediate feedback, and sometimes you don't.

Pay attention to how you feel in your body. Does it feel true?

Does this feel true for me for now?

What is the feeling I have in this moment.

Be available to little yeses. Be patient.

Live from an inner validation.

Write down your results.

Pay attention to your energy and see what enfolds for you.

I love empowering people getting in touch with their intuition because the experiences that you have went you start tuning in are unimaginably fabulous. But in order to get the fabulous, you need the commitment. This is where the rubber meets the road.

You have to pick your team and make a commitment. You cannot live an intuitively guided, authentic life, while at the same time trying to control everything, play it safe, and win the approval of others, and not feel uncomfortable.

You can't do both. You either move with the flow, or you don't. You either go with your spirit, or you just live in re-action and get bumped around by the outer world.

Rather than doing the "right" thing, live what's true for you.

Where are you living your life in truth and integrity, and where are you making a different choice?

Take the time to go inward. Be open to learn, and courageous to make different decisions.

People may feel like this could create chase. But in reality, there may be some discomfort, but you will relax and calm down.

Speak from your heart. Allow both voices. You can respond by saying my head says . . ., but my heart (or my gut) says. . . So you can let both voices express yourself. Notice the different vibration that each of these voices have. Which feels better?

Express and articulate and commit to allow your intuition to play a role in your life.

Truth is something people feel and respect.

When you take this leap, you've chosen a path of higher vibration.

Section 5: Entering The Flow

Yeah… I'm really excited about our next phase. I hope you been practicing. What you've chosen is an entirely different path.

There is a tremendous value to the expression, "Go with the flow." But, I don't want you to go necessarily just with the flow because you can get caught up in other people's experiences flowing around and lose your core. Instead go with YOUR flow, which is grounded.

Go with the flow of your destination. Your creation. Your Intention.

What would you love to experience next?

What isn't working now, and what would I love to have work in its place?

Don't figure it out. Like a GPS, just dial in the destination. Your intuition will guide you.

What would you love to believe is possible?

Write it done. Say it out loud and feel the frequency. Does it feel true?

I would love to experience________.

I would love to__________.

Partner with the universe to co-create. Your part is to set your intention and say where you need guidance.

Make it more immediate.

Name your intentions and goals. See if it resonates and rings true.

Once you say your goal, ask yourself, "Does that feel true for now?"

Write things down. Sit with them. Feel them. Keep asking yourself if this is a genuine yearning.

Get clear about what your genuine yearning is. Don't worry about the how. Just get clear on this for now.

I hope your experiences some wonderful reflections of your efforts. When you start entering the flow, life shows you a tremendous amount of new options. Stepping in the flow opens new options for you.

Now is time to become consciously available to guidance. Start recognizing how doors are opening. And respond comfortably, fluidly and quickly.

New things may happen quickly. Look for invitations for try something new. Be receptive.

Change your habits. Change your responses. Be available.

The Universe dances with you. But if the door opens and you don't step in, you end the dance.

Practice this week noticing and exploring every new opportunity that comes your way. It can be subtle.

The more you say yes, and step into the flow of what's flowing towards you-this is where the opportunities of your life start working synchronistically to come together.

This is the time where you begin to get adventurous. The time where you step out of your old identity, out of your old personality, old habits— try new things. Allow your new self to emerge. You expect good things.

That conditioned, habitual you is not you. You are a free flowing, creative, spontaneous, dynamic, energetic self that is. That is the self you want to flow with.

Begin to consider that you have a new identity that is wanting to bring me more joy in my life. If you allow that, then you have made the choice to enter the flow.

The Ebb

We are now in the flow part of our study. The ebb is a part of flow. Life is ebb and flow, not just flow.

When the ebb, or something unexpected comes, you're just being invited to step up to an even higher level of waking up—a higher level of digging deeper and a higher level of taking the leap.

It's not an endless river. It's a spiral. each spiral will bring you around to the next frequency.

An ebb is an invitation to grow and expand to an even deeper level. You want to welcome the ebb, rather than respond to it as failure.

Maybe the invitation is to take a pause. Maybe it's to allow even more of your authentic self to come through, or even get more clear.

It's not like when your intuitive, your life becomes perfect. Instead, you welcome whatever dome your way. knowing whatever comes your way, your inner self will guide you through.

You want to expect that ebb will present itself. It's the natural way. It's like the ocean. It goes out and comes in. You begin to flow with life. Life breathes. It contracts. It expands. You're not striving for an idealistic, static condition.

This week, look at what might be stalled?

What might be in a place of ebb?

What feels like it's stalled?

Ask yourself, what in me can grow here?

What in me can go deeper?

Go back to trust.

If you're not forcing and outcome, and have an intention but you're open to an even greater outcome, then you'll welcome the ebb.

Sometimes things can pause, but something better can be coming your way>

Know life is working with you. When you come to a pause, use the tools in this course.

Open up, be patient, and trust. You're in a divine partnership with your higher self, others, and the Universe.

Keep checking in that you're doing your part.

Ask, what more is trying to come through from my authentic self?

Think of an ebb as meaningful, rather than as failure.

When the ebb comes, go back to the beginning, and start the tools all over again.

At this point, you're getting the feeling of how to live in your most authentic, natural way. Letting your intuition be the lead.

What comes next?

Because you are flowing beautifully, you become an agent of good for other people. YOur energy and presence lifts everything up. When you live a life flowing in grace, you invite others to do the same.

Notice how your world is changing, and how people around you are shifting. They start acknowledging you, thanking you, recognizing you, appreciating you, valuing you. Take note of it because that's how you know when you're really in the flow.

It's not longer about you. Now it flows into us and community.

Start noticing where your positive energy is influencing others.

Start noticing where you're being guided to be of assistance. To respond and go beyond to help someone else.

Feel how you're making a difference. This is part of the flow. How you flow with others.

Allow yourself to be celebrated. Be appreciated. Be valued. Be seen in your light. Give this a lot of attention.

Don't shrink yourself to be small. Don't feel like you have to hide your light. Those are from the old self. Instead you're coming home to who you are and owning your grace.

Become a bright light in the world. Tune into your grace and how to bring grace in the world.
