I have been in real estate for 9 years. I started in 2006, when the market was starting to decline quickly. In 2007, my first full year in the business, I won the "Rookie of the Year" award. 2008-2009 were rough and humbling years for me. I did more sales than the average agent, but not anywhere near my capabilities or desires. In 2010 I had a "rebirthing" of my business. I got truly committed.
