I have spent my life studying psychology, neuroscience, philosophy, health, fitness, medicine and a host of other areas.

My passion for learning and teaching is evident through my experience in academics. I have a degree in psychology with a minor in sociology and a background in clinical neuroscience research, conducting brain imaging analysis for universities and mental health centers.
