Your three section course encompases all the information you need to know in order to transition your baby to solid foods. As a student you will learn the oral physiology of the baby's mouth leading to the transition to solids, how to identify that your baby is ready for solids, how to prepare and store baby food in the healthiest way, how to introduce foods to your baby (methods, nutritional background and tools to building a well balanced meal), how to create the best environment for your baby to learn the new skill of eating foods, and be up to date on baby nutritional trends.

Hila Aran helps people live longer and healthier lives. She holds a masters degree (M.Sc) in Nutrition health and behavior and is a licensed registered dietitian nutritionist (RDN) in both the United States and Israel.
Hila specializes in behavioral, emotional and mindful eating and believes that true and long lasting eating habits are best accomplished through a “non-diet” approach. She has vast experience in the fields of behavior and nutrition and is passionate about nutrition education, creative and healthy cooking and sharing her knowledge, which is the inspiration for her courses. Hila's second full time job is being a mother, which lead her to create and share content related to nutritional challenges young mothers face.
