We all have fears. Every time we do do something for the first time, there's some kind of fear.
Everyone experiences this. A phobia however, is a step further. You'll understand in this lecture.
This lecture explains 5 types of treatments for phobia, but certain are also powerful antidotes to anxiety, panic and fear, such as relaxation techniques.
With regular practice, they can improve your ability to control the physical symptoms of anxiety, which will make facing your phobia less intimidating. Relaxation techniques will also help you cope more effectively with other sources of stress and anxiety in your life.
