Fusion 30 workouts are exceptionally well put together and offer training experiences the student will never forget. This 8 week course includes tutor directed workouts suitable for home training with no equipment needed. The course offers a variety of effective training principles to tone the body while preventing metabolic adaptation to boost overall results!

What are the requirements?

  • Students will need to allow 15 minutes to study the video demonstrations before commencing a workout.
  • Students must ensure they are training with correct gym clothing and a pair of trainers. They should choose a suitable clutter free environment in which to perform the workouts.
  • It is advisable to print off a copy of the accompanying workout card for quick reference during the training session. Students should also download the MP3 audio guide to be played through a phone or other suitable device for instructions and music during the session.

Steve Miller, Fusion 30

Hello, I am Steve Miller, I am fully qualified Hatha Yoga teacher and been practicing Yoga for over a decade and attend many Yoga workshops and retreats. I am also a fully qualified Personal Trainer and advanced core specialist with qualifications in exercise referral for individuals with medical conditions and have certificates for delivering exercise to music, spin, group cycling, boot camps and circuit training. I am an ante and post natal exercise specialist and I am qualified to train older adults and deliver functional training. I have been approved by Skills Active, one of the UK's largest training providers, to deliver continuing professional development sessions to other personal trainers as well as to deliver the Fusion 30 workout sessions to members of the general public. I am also approved by the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPs) to deliver personal training and my Fusion 30 themed body weight workouts.

I have spent the past two years designing my Fusion 30 body weight workouts for those who have busy lifestyles and for those who are looking for a simple approach to getting lean, fit and strong in a short amount of time using nothing but their own bodyweight. Bodyweight training has been part of my fitness routine for over 10 years and is also my primary method of keeping myself fit, lean and healthy and I hope to share with you my ground breaking workouts.

Ian Miller, eLearning at Life Sciences at University of Manchester

I am the eLearning Manager for the Faculty of Life Sciences at the University of Manchester I have been in this current role for 10 years and have been instrumental in the creation and delivery of online of courses. Over this time we have developed a managed solution to bring together face-to-face and online materials within course units.

The approach included assessments, case studies, creation of online interactive course materials and a coordinated approach to bring together staff, students and admin procedures. This approach was presented at Blackboard World 2014 conference in Las Vegas.

My focus now is towards the mobile and expansion of new emerging teaching technologies, which are challenging the traditional methods of teaching and learning.
