TOGAF is The Open group Architecture Framework. It delivers a framework for architecture on business, Information systems and infrastructure architecture.
We ship a personal course attendance certificate if you have followed the complete course.
In order to get TOGAF certified you need to pass two exams, level 1 and level 2. This course is a preparation for both exams. The real exam costs around 320 USD so for this small price your can get a good practice experience. It contains 80 practice questions for the foundation level (that is 2 full exams) and it contains 8 certified questions of the same type and level then the real exam.
For the certified level each question is discussed in a video for deeper understanding.
Besides that the course contains additional material, like how get access to the TOGAF book, and other Enterprise Architecture materials.
In this section there are 8 questions (same amount as the real TOGAF level 2 exam).
Keep in mind that you have limited time available for the real exam (see exam criteria).
The answers are not strictly good or bad, they range from 0,1,3 and 5 points, however in this quiz testing only 5 is the good one.
For each question I will discuss the 4 answers and the differences between them.
This will clarify to you why something is wrong (0 points), a bit off (1 point), good (3 points) and excellent (5 points).
Hi I am Joost Bleijenberg, for the last 15 years I have been working between Business and IT. Inside software development, IT operations, Business/IT consultancy, IT architecture, Infrastructure architecture, Business architecture and training.
My academic background is Semiconductor Physics, highly technical but I manage to compensate some of it with my MBA at Bradford University. Besides that academic background I was lucky enough to experience many practical challenges which I like to share with you in this blog.
At this moment I am consulting companies on tactical and strategic IT subjects like cloud, big data, infrastructure architecture, agile architecture, skill development, IT process optimisation, DevOps and LeanCompany.
Besides that I am a teacher in Enterprise Architecture on both TOGAF and the modelling language ArchiMate.
I am result driven, I like to share thoughts and have an entrepreneurial approach to subjects that I am working on both inside my own company and for customers.
I am a partner at The Unit a dutch company focussing on Architecture and Resultancy and we participated in the development of ArchiMate. We deliver architects, consultancy and training for organisation. We are an accredited Open Group Partner and participate actively in the development TOGAF and ArchiMate.
The past 10 years I worked for and with many cultures around the world and that is also an aspect I like so much about my work.
