The following step is ANALYSE. In this section you’ll analyze your personal Time Log in order to find how you spend your valuable time.
The third step is IMPROVE. In this section, we go through several very practical tools for improving your time management skills.
The last step is CONTROL. We will learn how to maintain the improvement over time. Once you have taken better control of the way in which you manage your time, you need to find a way to maintain the improvements.
